Student Association of Laboratory Scientists at Sacramento State Our purpose is to provide members with helpful information regarding careers in the laboratory scienc

The Student Association of Laboratory Scientists is an academic club that provides information about all kinds of laboratory science fields and careers to our members with emphasis, but not limited to, clinical laboratory science. We also tour various laboratory facilities and provide opportunities to our members in gaining laboratory experience as well as joining in on extracurricular activities that involves volunteer work which helps students build a foundation of philanthropy that they can use to better themselves and their community and at the same time, strengthen their resumes. Most importantly, our club is available for students to find their inner leadership skills, create networks, and to gain a thorough understanding of what goes on in different laboratory settings which will ultimately help them choose a career that they will enjoy.
