Middleway Health Foundation Our mission is to provide direct mental health services, free of charge, to individuals and families in need.

We serve those who have no insurance and are at risk. Licensed and qualified clinicians provide assessments, psychotherapy and referrals. Who We Service: We aim to serve those who have no insurance and are at risk. Licensed and qualified clinicians provide assessments and treatments. There are no fees, although donations are accepted. Closing the Health Gap: Services provided by Middleway Health Foundation help close a significant ‘gap’ in public and private mental health services. Our goal is to find those people who have ‘fallen between the cracks’ or are in danger of doing so. By taking these services out into the community where access is limited and obtaining accurate information, the Foundation directly connects people in need with available services so they can make their own informed health decisions. No Strings Attached -
Professional, no cost and in-person counseling services. Meeting individuals where they are and simply being there to listen can be tremendously healing

Veterans Mindfulness Program -
Mindfulness and meditation programs for Veteran, military members and their families that provide tools for coping with and transitioning to civilian life

Fit for Recovery -
Personal training and coaching services from Be Stronger Fitness to support mental and physical healing

'One day, you'll meet a dishevelled little owl,' said the grandmother bear.
'You'll want to ask her what to do.
'You'll want to ask her how to be.
'And you'll want to ask her what to say.
'But…
‘She doesn't work like that.'

(Pause.)

'The dishevelled little owl will ask what YOU want to do,’ said the grandmother bear.
'She will ask what YOU want to be,
'and what YOU want to say and so…
‘before you can ask
'what you were thinking to ask her,
'you'll already have the answer - in your own talking.'

(Pause.)

‘And then, when you've told her what you've told her,' said the grandmother bear,
'the dishevelled little owl will say something simple.'
'WHAT will she say?' asked the first bear cub.
'What could she POSSIBLY say?' said the second bear cub.
'She usually says, "Good",' said the grandmother bear. 'Good.'
‘Just like that.'
