Resistance training is not optional! We supplement our functional movement training at Atman with kettlebell work to build whole-body functional strength! A bit of my own lunch-break kettlebell workout today. Full workout below!
3 rounds total:
- clean to goblet squat x8
- Farmers walk x200 feet
- Kettlebell switch push-ups x8/side
- Pull-ups x8
- 1/2 kneel curl to press x6/side
Finish with brisk 10 min on the fan bike!
