Holiday Hustle Starts this Week!
The first week is Strength 💪🏼 Dec 1st-7th
- Attend 3 classes (strength based)
-PR a lift or bear your last workout
- complete 100 pushups over the week
- Take progress photo and log it. (Tag TGP Sacramento)
Track your progress over the next 4 weeks and then let coach Sam know that you completed all the challenges so she can enter you in the drawing at the end of the month 🙌🏼
