🌟Exciting news for PACE Organizations!🌟

Voluntary disenrollment can be a complex process. Sometimes it’s due to changes in health needs or relocation. Other times, it’s about expectations not being met.

With this new I-SAT survey element, Vital Research aims to uncover those hidden drivers by diving deep into the “why” behind disenrollment decisions. By understanding the underlying factors leading to participant turnover, we can better tailor our services, address pain points, and enhance participant satisfaction.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the highly anticipated Post-Admissions Survey, the latest addition to the I-SAT™ PACE survey family: https://bit.ly/49cZshC

This new survey is set to revolutionize the way PACE organizations understand and address participant turnover. The Post-Admissions Survey joins the existing I-SAT surveys of the Participant Survey, and its corresponding Family/Caregiver and Employee Engagement surveys. It is set to launch in early 2024.
