Through our meditative focus we clear our self-projected images and reconnect with the intrinsic quality of oneness with life. Just as water reflects the world around it without losing its essential clarity, our psyche often takes on the images, feelings and energies that influence us, yet our true nature remains as pure consciousness and maintains the inner presence of oneness. Through Kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations, gong immersion, sacred song and chant, we will return to a feeling of expansive oneness and presence of being.
Sessions with Mahan Rishi are gentle yet powerful, energizing and calming, creating a deep sense of peace and vitality.
