Our practice will strive to provide patient education and quality treatment so that we may achieve total patient satisfaction in which patients happily pay for treatment. This will be accomplished in a relaxed atmosphere where harmony exists among doctors, staff and patients. This will enable us to create a productive office where our patients happily refer friends and family. Dr. Brian Germanoski
Dr. Brian earned his B.S. degree in 1995 from Westminster College with a double major in biology and environmental science. At Westminster Dr. Brian was named to the 1994 All American Team and played on the 1994 NAIA Division II National Champion Football Team. In 2007 he was inducted into Westminster College's Sports Hall of Fame. Dr. Brian earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2001. After serving time as an associate dentist in Corry, PA. Brian and Jen later purchased Dr. Frey's practice and started Germanoski Family Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Brian enjoys spending time and traveling with his daughters. He also enjoys hunting and fishing with family and friends. He is an avid Steeler fan. Dr. Brian enjoys creating his homemade BBQ. Dr. Jennifer Germanoski
Dr. Jen earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from Westminster College in 1995 and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2001. Dr. Jen and Dr. Brian both graduated in the top ten of their class. Upon graduation Dr. Jen began working as an associate for Dr. Christine Frey at the office in Saegertown, PA. Dr. Jen and her family are members of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church. She loves spending time with their three girls, scrapbooking and taking dance class.

Application Process
Applications for the Pitt Dental Medicine Titusville Regional Training Center Hybrid Dental Hygiene Program are accepted beginning on October 23, 2025, for the Fall 2026 Term that begins in August, 2026.

Applicants should consider the following key dates before making their application.

May 2025
Enroll for the prerequisites needed for the Fall 2026 Term

October 2025
Apply to the Hybrid Dental Hygiene Program through ADEA/DHCAS

January 2026
The prerequisites that you applied for in May will begin in January.

April 2026
Acceptance offers for the Hybrid Dental Hygiene Program will be sent to applicants

August 2026
Classes begin for the Hybrid Dental Hygiene Program Fall 2026 Term

Dental Hygiene Hybrid Timeline
Required Prerequisites
Applicants must successfully complete the following courses before entry to the program. A total of 31 credits are required. Students must achieve a final grade of C or better in general education courses: English Composition, Psychology, Sociology, and Communication Speech. Students must achieve a final grade of B or better in science courses. It is preferred that science courses be taken within 3 years of application. An overall college-level GPA of 3.0 or higher is required for program admission.

Basic Admission Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prerequisite Coursework
Successful completion of required courses (listed above with final minimum grade of B)
15 Hours of Job Shadowing
Complete at least 15 hours of job shadowing with a practicing dental hygienist. Submit Job Shadowing Form through DHCAS.
Virtual Personal Interview
After a thorough review of applications, selected candidates will be invited for a virtual personal interview with the Admissions Committee
Three Professional References
Applicants must submit three professional references who can speak to your qualifications and potential for success in the program
Applicant Essay
A personal essay outlining non-cognitive skills that will support your pursuit of a career in dental hygiene
University Supplemental Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of $35.00
