🎄 Patient Success Story | Aviata at The Harbor 🎄

We are proud to share the success of Mr. Conner, who was recently admitted to Aviata at The Harbor following a hospital stay, with goals focused on recovery through physical therapy, support with activities of daily living, and care modifications related to his weight-bearing status.

Through a customized clinical and therapy plan, paired with a comprehensive home assessment, our interdisciplinary team worked closely with Mr. Conner to help him regain strength, confidence, and independence. Thanks to this personalized approach and his dedication to therapy, Mr. Conner achieved his goals and was able to safely return home with his family just in time for the Christmas holiday.

Mr. Conner expressed his gratitude for the care and commitment shown by his at The Harbor and shared how thankful he was for their hard work and support throughout his stay.

Looks like Santa got a promotion this year… straight to Regional VP! 🎅🎁

One our very own turned into “RVP-a-Clause,”spreading holiday cheer by personally delivering presents to all of his amazing Executive Directors!

From juggling regions to handing out gifts, this was a reminder that leadership isn’t just about results—it’s about appreciation, connection, and making people feel valued.

THANK YOU to our Executive Directors for everything you do each day, and to RVP-a-Clause for making spirits bright and smiles even brighter. 🎄✨
