Before every treatment, I properly clean and sterilize the skin to reduce any risk of infection. Combined with sterile, single-use needles, everything is done to ensure a safe and clean environment.

When I first opened Calm Community Acupuncture, it was one big room with recliners, full of people getting treatment together. That community energy was everything — and it still is.

After 2020, I transitioned into this space with two private rooms, but I kept what matters most: making acupuncture accessible to everyone. That’s why I still offer a sliding scale of $50–75, so you can pay what you can.

Fun fact: acupuncture needles are required by law to be disposable. 🚮

In Florida, a law passed in 1997 requires acupuncturists to use sterile, single-use needles only. That means every needle is brand new, used once, and then properly disposed of in a sharps container.

Safe, clean, and completely sanitary.
