Listen to your gut — literally 😎

Ignoring the urge to p**p can make things harder on your bowels and pelvic floor, leading to constipation, leaks, or discomfort.

So take that poo-pourri, put those knees above your hips, and take that necessary paid p**p break!

Pelvic floor therapy can teach you simple exercises and strategies to keep everything moving smoothly, so you can feel confident and stress-free.

Birth Preparation isn’t just about the birthing person—it’s about the team.

A prepared partner can:
-help regulate breath and nervous system
-support positions that protect the pelvic floor
-advocate when things feel overwhelming
- remind you of your strength when labor gets hard

Birth is unpredictable, but support doesn’t have to be. Prepare together with Inspire Birth Prep! ✨

Small Ball. Deep burn. 🔥
Here are 3 of my favorite ways to work my deep core using a Pilates ball!

1. Ball push downs: Be sure to engage your core and exhale as you push down on the ball 💪🏻

2. Tall kneeling ball squeezes: This can be a great exercise to turn on your glutes. 🍑 Exhale as you come up into tall kneeling and squeeze the ball to turn on your core! You can also practice the core activation without using your glutes.

3. Side plank with crunch: this is a 🌶️one! Remember a forceful exhale 😮💨 as you bring the ball to your knee!

Cupping for pelvic health 🌀supporting circulation, mobility and nervous system regulation from the inside out.

Here at Inspire we use a glide technique to help release accessory muscles of the pelvic floor.

What muscles you ask?
Common cupping areas include low back (Lumbar paraspinals), hips & adductors!

Your pelvis holds so much. Cupping helps let it go 🩵

Turning on the deep core isn’t about “flattening abs.” It’s about support!

When the deep core is active—pelvic floor, transverse abdominis, diaphragm—the body moves with more stability, less strain and better control.

Stronger from the inside out ✨

Intimacy should feel good, not painful. Though pain may be common, it is not normal and there are options to improve your experience!

In pelvic floor therapy, we may use tools like pelvic wands, Go-Nuts, lubricant, breathwork, and gentle movement to help relax tight muscles, improve awareness, and decrease pain. These tools are always used with guidance, education, and your comfort as the priority.

If pain is holding you back, pelvic floor therapy can help!
You deserve pain-free, confident, comfortable intimacy. 🤍

So grateful for everyone who showed up and showed OUT for our Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop this weekend at Burn Bootcamp...

So grateful for everyone who showed up and showed OUT for our Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop this weekend at Burn Bootcamp in Battle Creek 💪🧠

We learned how to better connect with our core, support our pelvic floor, and move with more confidence—inside and outside the gym. So many great questions, lightbulb moments, and strong women in one room 🔥

Thank you to Burn for the warm welcome and to everyone who took the time to invest in their bodies. This is the kind of strength that truly supports everything else 💖

Can’t wait to do it again!

Pelvic wands don’t have to be scary!

Wands are used to help release tension in muscles that are overactive or guarded, which often lead to pelvic pain, as well as other pelvic floor symptoms. 💦 🚽

Pelvic wands are always explained, optional and guided in therapy. You’re in control, always. This is just one of many tools that can help used to support in symptom and pain relief!
