And show Lexi some love in the comments. She has worked hard to earn this position. She is someone that has gone over to Troy clinic to help us out, goes over to Bad Axe every week, and just does whatever it takes. No complaints. She is a team-player and always willing to go above and beyond.

If I think about it too much, I cry so I’ll leave it at that.

She will be holding our team to high clinical standards, helping train new and current team members, and helping to continue to raise the bar of pelvic health in Michigan!

Small move, BIG impact.

Lots of movement happens during a kegel! Be sure to make sure you can fully relax between each kegel & don’t overdo it! This can create more tension in your pelvic floor.

Listen to your gut — literally 😎

Small Ball. Deep burn. 🔥
Here are 3 of my favorite ways to work my deep core using a Pilates ball!

1. Ball push downs: Be sure to engage your core and exhale as you push down on the ball 💪🏻

2. Tall kneeling ball squeezes: This can be a great exercise to turn on your glutes. 🍑 Exhale as you come up into tall kneeling and squeeze the ball to turn on your core! You can also practice the core activation without using your glutes.

3. Side plank with crunch: this is a 🌶️one! Remember a forceful exhale 😮💨 as you bring the ball to your knee!
