May is Mental Health Awareness Month!!

Everyday; should be a day to be aware that your mental health is important and you shouldn’t ignore the signs when you simply just need a break or seriously need some help.

Before covid “blessed” us with her presence; I was in the works of hosting my first event.

When I first started Chapters & Sessions my target audience was teens and young adults, because as we all know adolescence is a crucial stage in human development and I know our kids here need extra attention and support. So with that in mind Adolescence Reconnect Event (ARE) was created.

I’ve been hesitant about hosting a event due to covid but soon I’ll like to get back to them. Now that my target audience has expanded; I’ll be also hosting a men and women group along with adolescence.

There will be group sessions covering different topics and issues in these events. The first initial session will be for us to get acquainted. Once I feel it’s safe to do so; I’ll be creating events on this page that you guys can attend to your liking.
