What is it?

How is it practiced?

A Session: A Reiki session typically involves the recipient sitting or lying down fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner gently places their hands on various points of the body.

Wow!!! Lewiston!! There was a line for all 4 hours I reading. Such great energy. The over all reading for the night was to make sure you are caring for yourself. Take time for yourself. Rest and recouperate.
