It is with sadness that we announce, along with her family, that Joanne McIntyre Psetas has passed away. Joanne was the daughter of the founder of McIntyre Funeral Chapel, Joseph McIntyre. We had the pleasure (and fun, if you knew her) of getting to know Joanne and had a very special friendship with her. It felt important to us to know a generation of the McIntyre family that grew up in the funeral home and watched their father’s business grow and change over the years. It gave us a unique insight in to the history of the building, business, and family history that we will not take for granted. We will miss Joanne and extend our deepest condolences to her family and those who loved her.
