I recently finished my course in Psychological Kinesiology! This is a BIG step for me and something I've been passionate about for a long long time. I often work with clients with physical pain from injuries or muscles that are overused but, more often, I have clients that struggle with physical pain from stress, anxiety, and depression. These emotions can be the root cause for chronic pain and illness. Massage can still be helpful in these situations but may not address the root cause.. so I took class after class, reaearched and studied. I believe that the missing piece in our health care is that we treat the mind and body separately but thoughts are energy and our body is made up of energy and every emotion has a feeling in our body.
My goal is to incorporate both into a session. I'm currently working on intake forms and developing sessions and writing papers for clients to take home on each topic that will help them understand what they can do to live a healthier happier life. Im looking into a degree in Psychology specializing in mind body connection and hope to be able to help more people soon. 💝
