Last week we celebrated our incredible Home Health Aides here at A&D, the heart of our care team and the bright spirit of our A&D Family.

Our party theme was flamingos, and for good reason! Flamingos symbolize beauty, balance, grace, love, and community — all qualities our aides embody every single day. 🥰

Just as it takes strength, balance, and endurance for a flamingo to stand tall on one leg, our home health aides show up each day with warmth, consistency, and gentle care for our patients. 💪🩷✨

We’ve gathered quite the flock of extraordinary aides… and we sure are proud of them. 🦩🌟

Honoring Our Heroes at Bay Shores Senior Care & Rehab Center❤️🤍💙

Yesterday, our team had the privilege of leading a special pinning ceremony at Bay Shores Nursing & Rehab. 🎖️

Our Marketing Director, Pat, a proud Air Force Veteran, shared a heartfelt reading about the Missing Man Table, also known as the Fallen Comrade Table. This powerful tribute reminds us of those who are fallen, missing, or held as prisoners of war. 🙏✨

Kristel shared an inspirational reading that added even more heart to the ceremony, and Brad’s behind-the-scenes support helped bring everything together beautifully. ❤️

Honoring Our Heroes at Majestic Care of Flushing ❤️🤍💙

Yesterday, Kori had the privilege of leading our very own pinning ceremony to honor the incredible veterans who call Majestic Care home. It was a wonderful ceremony filled with emotion, gratitude, and pride.

Our amazing social worker, Luci, a proud veteran herself, helped with the pinning and brought such warmth to the moment. 🌟

Veterans Day always reminds us how powerful it is to pause, reflect, and give thanks to those who’ve sacrificed so much. It was truly a beautiful day of honor and community. ❤
