The world is full of chaos right now, we have to learn how to silence the noise. Even if you can’t do the trendy things such as going to the spa, or getting your hair done, and having drinks with your friends. There are other ways to invest in yourself. Here are a few things that I like to do to keep my mind at ease:

*Go for a walk
*Meditate/Pray
*Journal
*Sit outside and place my bare feet in the grass and listen to nature
*Read a book
*Sit outside and listen to music
* Go outside 😭
* Color coloring pages

As you can see going outside is my favorite thing to do 😂 but it really helps me to hear my own thoughts. Next time you’re feeling burnout or overwhelmed, try one of these examples and see how you feel💗

Hey everyone! So I’ve been trying to decide on what to do with my massage space. I am starting my new job next week and will be massaging 3 days out of the week and my other days, I’ll be coaching 🙌🏾 A lot of new ventures going on, so idk whether to keep taking clients here in my suite or just turn this space into something else.
I’m open to your opinions!!
