One of our patients rode his 𝓗𝓐𝓡𝓛𝓔𝓨 into 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓥𝓔𝓝 this past week...
This arrangement was made to memorialize his love to 𝑅𝐼𝒟𝐸 forever. 🛞🪽🏍️

First State would like to extend a heartfelt 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to our volunteer, Kristyn.

Kristyn was able to gift 4️⃣4️⃣ hours of her time to patients, our community outreach efforts and background assistance for our hospice program.

Always providing a hand where needed, she has helped us make the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 that we are dedicated to with her time - our First State team is truly appreciative for all of her efforts and participation.

Thank you, Kristyn! We can’t wait to see all the great things you do as you master the world of Social Work 💐🌎

We are so thankful to participate in Swanhaven Manor Retirement Community’s annual Holiday Wreath Raffle this year!

And, in true Courtney style - our wreath was 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝 right up! 🥰🎄

To wrap things up we asked our leading hospice ladies what hospice means to them. And, well, we think their words speak volumes on the exceptional care they facilitate every day. 🎗️💜🩺🪽🦋
