If anxiety or depression has been running the show lately—this is your reminder that 7pm yoga returns this week 💖
Reminder:
trauma-informed yoga, isn’t about flexibility or performance. It’s about creating sensations of safety, calm, and steadiness in the body—so your nervous system can remember it doesn’t have to stay on high alert or dissociated forever.
Think: slow movement, grounding breath, choice-based cues, and space to just be without fixing anything.
If you’ve been tired, on edge, emotionally flooded, or numb—this space is for you.
You don’t need to feel calm to come. We’ll build it together.
