Starting this week I will be opening the studio space at 6:15 pm to offer pre-practice tea and community connection before practice.
The world is *worlding* and it is HEAVY. In yoga our sangha, our community, is a vital part of practice... leaning into each other and into our safe spaces, allows our souls and our nervous systems to come up for air. So if you wanna come early grab a warm tea/coffee, journal, meditate, relax on your mat, or chat with fellow community members please feel free to come take up space before practice.

The movement and asana parts of our practice starts at 7pm per usual!

Looking for a way to unwind or connect with other women? Join us for our second Ladies' Night at the Healing Room Wellness Center on February 28th from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Our first event brought women together in a fun, welcoming atmosphere focused on well-being and connection. We plan to foster that same energy again! Bring your friends and loved ones to enjoy an evening of wellness offerings, community building, and special deals.

Join us in welcoming our new Massage Therapist, Makayla Wade!

Makayla understands that many people want to care for themselves, but often don’t know where to begin. Through her own experiences with adversity, she has learned the importance of self-soothing, regulation, and intentional care as tools for resilience and healing. Her goal is not only to provide healing, but to empower individuals to continue caring for themselves long after they leave her table. She hopes to inspire lasting wellness practices that support a healthier, more grounded life. Through her work, she remains committed to being a guide, a healer, and a reminder that caring for oneself is the most powerful act of service we can offer—to ourselves and to others.

Same slow mindful poses(well almost , sometimes we shake it up by adding a new one here or there)same playlist, same peaceful cozy candlelit vibe every Tuesday.

Class runs about 90 minutes. The practice itself is only 55 minutes, but we do a little community building at the beginning.
