I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Dorsey College in April 2023. My approach to massage focuses on supporting the body’s natural healing process through intentional stretching, targeted muscle work, and effective trigger point therapy. My goal is to help each client leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored.
As a mother myself, I have a special place in my heart for supporting other moms. Prenatal massage is an area I truly value, as I understand firsthand the importance of extra care, comfort, and relief during pregnancy.
Outside of the treatment room, you can find me gardening, spending quality time with my son, or enjoying all things coffee. I look forward to helping you feel your very best.
