Welcome to Deep Roots Wellness

But why the name????

Deep Roots because it's the strongest part of a tree and without strong roots even the tallest tree can be blown over in a storm. I aim to guide people on the journey of strengthening and healing their roots to handle any storm that comes across our path.

And wellness because I want it to be all inclusive, coaching, meditation, breathwork, reiki, and a community of support!

So join in and let's build a community that focuses on kindness, caring, and becoming a network or roots that we can rely on!!!
