Plenty of health benefits to pickling our veggies. Here is an a example of pickled red onion!

Aids in gut health and immunity! Lowering blood sugar and weight loss and so much more!

Thinly slice your red onion, add acv, pure maple syrup, kosher salt, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and shake up your mixture. Add in your red onions and let ferment for a couple hours or overnight in the frig!

Did we mention how delicious they are!! 😋
