When it comes to weight loss, we see so much posted about exercise (I love sharing my workout wins)! 💪🏾

However, the most important part of a weight loss plan is the eating. I’m guilty of not sharing enough of this because I’m no chef 😂

But one of my passions is healthy food options that are quick and easy!

Today’s lunch is a sweet kale salad kit (took out half the cranberries to lower the added sugar). Then I added black beans (complex carbs AND protein) and a tuna packet to it (yay for protein AND healthy fat)! 🫘🐟🥬

Remember to eat well we don’t have to always meal prep. I teach my patients to use what’s accessible and quick if they’re on the go.

I love the cute costumes and treats! Remember you can enjoy Halloween AND stay on track with a weight loss plan.

Indulging that day and getting back on track is the key. So hand out the candy, then give it away or toss it the next day. Otherwise the lingering candy will be sure to throw you off. You’ve got this!
