We’re excited to bring you the ROSE Program (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for New Moms), a supportive, all-virtual series designed to help moms feel more confident and connected during pregnancy and after birth.

What’s included:
• Four live virtual sessions (1 hour each)
• Practical skills + emotional support
• Led by trained maternal mental health specialists
• Bonus check-in session after your baby arrives

Everything is online, so you can join from wherever you’re comfortable.

The days are shorter, the temperatures have dropped, and the snow is starting to fly. Many of us struggle with the winter blues this time of the year, and some days it feels like the sun will never return.

I believe the best way we can get through winter is by changing our relationship with it. By embracing the season for all that it is, we can find small moments of joy that help us feel even just a little bit better during the cold, dark months.

To anyone who has experienced this kind of loss -you are not alone. Your grief is valid. Your love is everlasting.
