Our Story

Private Yoga Lessons by appointment only. Group Yoga Instruction daily, Early Bird lessons for working participants and in the evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30PM for an hour. Baby Boomer's and Older Adult exercises for strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance and general wellness happen daily beginning at 8:30AM.
