One leg isn’t actually shorter… your pelvis is just rotated.

🔸Most “short legs” I see in clinic aren’t structural.
They’re functional.

🔸The grounded leg is the functional short leg. The block is there to help level the pelvis and retrain stability.

🔸When the pelvis rotates or hikes on one side:
➡️ One leg appears shorter
➡️ The low back tightens
➡️ The QL overworks
➡️ Hip + SI joint start barking

⚡️In this drill, the elevated foot is the side we’re retraining to help level the pelvis and restore symmetry.

⚡️We’re:
• Activating the glute med
• Engaging the deep hip stabilizers
• Resetting pelvic alignment
• Teaching the body how to hold neutral

Uneven hips don’t fix themselves.

They adapt… until something hurts.

If your pants hem feels uneven, you stand heavier on one leg, or your low back keeps tightening on the same side your pelvis might be the real problem.

This shoulder wall stretch targets the rotator cuff, pec minor, short head biceps, and long head of the triceps while restoring proper shoulder mechanics.

🔸By fixing the arm overhead against the wall and gently pivoting the elbow, you help pack the shoulder and improve stability where it matters most.

🔸The hip drop into the wall adds thoracic spine mobility and core engagement — because shoulder pain rarely lives in just the shoulder.

Most people stretch their hamstrings…
But the real issue is often the Quadratus Lumborum (QL), upper hamstring, and glute..

👉 How to do it right
• Hands on quads
• Slide hands down to mid-shin
🔸Romney Pro Tip
• Tuck chin to chest
• Roll shoulders up toward your ears for a deeper stretch
• Breathe and relax into it

⚠️ Pain worse on one side?
Put the painful leg back
Cross the good leg over
Repeat the same movement

⏱ Hold 25 seconds
🔁 3–4 rounds

This is how we improve mobility, symmetry, and low-back relief not just “stretch and hope.”
