Our body does need basic necessities to function and run properly. It's easy to forget sometimes in this crazy, fast paced world we are in- but I do want to remind everyone that energy work and inner work is not going to fix lack of sleep/rest, unbalanced or improper nutrition, lack of community and support, and dehydration. These are physical issues that need physical support.

If you are having mood swings and irritability, headaches or stomach problems, anxiety or paranoia, minor cramps and muscle spasms- it doesn't always mean an energetic block is the culprit. Especially if you haven't been sleeping well or getting a decent amount of water!

This is just a gentle reminder to take care of your body, and listen to its needs too. You can't run on good vibes alone, trust me! ✨

As humans we are all capable of harm- whether intentional or unintentional. We are here to make mistakes, to mess it up, to fail, to make the wrong choice every now and then. I had a client over the other day that I hadn't seen for a minute, and he said something that has stuck with me and I've been thinking on.

"You are literally glowing. Your inner light is so much brighter. Even your skin looks clearer. I can just tell you are happy and shining again."

Usually the first thing my more sensitive clients comment on is my light, or the positive energy that I bring. So for a long time client that has been with me since the start to comment saying it's even brighter and more radiant than before hit me differently.

I am at a time in my life now where I am living things I had been asking for years ago. At the start of 2020 I wrote a 5 year petition, and at the end of 2025 everything had come to fruition.
