Sometimes in this line of work, you honor odd hours. For example- did I want to be up between 2 and 3am this morning weaving frequency and consulting with Hecate and the guardians of the West? Absolutely not, I was warm in bed and half asleep 😂

But because "We've been telling you since Tuesday to get it done and you've put it off so now you are about to miss your window child" we get up.

We activate the grid, open the circle. We have a conversation with the universe about what needs done. We do a little dance with energy and spoken word. And we make Sweeten Powder for Abundance to break in the new space. 🤷‍♀️

I'll be posting more about this new offering later, I just wanted to share that even though you are your own boss- working in the spirituality field means you aren't always the only one in charge! When the ancestors speak, you listen 😅

Topic: Subtle Bodies- Emotional Body

We are on to the second layer of your Auric bodies and the bridge between your body and your mind. Because you are separate from your thoughts and experiences.

This body stores emotional energy from our thoughts and experiences as well as influences our ability to feel, form deep connections, navigate and process the world through the language of feeling state, and guiding us toward what brings fulfillment and a sense of belonging. It also creates the link between emotions and physical sensations. When this energy is grounded, it helps create balance and emotional fulfillment.

But this space is also where emotions from trauma settle and lay dormant. This is where our body stores repressed memories, and things too heavy for us to process at the time we are experiencing them. This is the first drawer of the invisible 'file cabinet' where things we don't want to deal with or can't right then go. There's a lot that can be stored within this layer.

This is usually where we go to find the deeper, hidden root emotion to the trauma response you are experiencing, to give you space to see it and feel it for what it is. You can explore this body and help balance it through practices like Soul Shift Healing, Breathwork, Yoga or Dance, self compassion, emotional expression, and expanding emotional intelligence.

Mercury is in the microwave again 🙈

There's so much potential energy floating around if you know what to do with it and how to use it! It may be due to heavy retrograde influences in my chart, but I love retrograde season.

However, retrogrades can be rough for a lot of us. The energy is very heavy, and can feel absolutely electric sometimes. Especially if we have other influences at play too, this energy can be rough on the physical body. Here are some practical ways you can navigate this energy.

•Extra Grounding•
Eating or drinking tea is a fast and practical way to ground your energy. If you are feeling overwhelmed, grab a light snack or a cup of your favorite hot drink.
You can also do visualization exercises to connect with the earth and her energy, or if it's not too cold walk barefoot for a few minutes on real earth or grass. This helps attune your frequency with the earth.

•Take a salt bath or use a salt scrub in the shower•
Salt has amazing absorption properties, and this includes removing negative and excess energies from your system, as well as releasing whatever doesn't belong. If you can't soak either your body or feet for at least 15-30 minutes, a salt based scrub with coconut or avocado oil works just as well to remove unwanted or excess energies! *I do recommend only using salt scrub on your feet or body and not on sensitive skin areas like the face*

•Using Sound•
68.05hz activates and stimulates the Earth Star Chakra for intense grounding and earthly connection, as well as tuning in to the frequency of the Earth's Heartbeat at 7.83hz. If these sounds are too intense for you, you can also work with the Root Chakra at 396hz for more gentle grounding. Sound helps break up dense energies and helps attune our vibration to a specific frequency.

What are you trying to call in this season?
Let's talk magic 🪄

Believe it or not- the universe wants to give you what you want. There are divine forces that want nothing more than to support you, guide you, bless you, and give you exactly what you want. And as much as we are trained to believe that these blessings are limited, the universe has enough to give for us all and THEN some.

The trick is partly alignment, partly inspired action, and most importantly believing it before you see it. I'm here to help you with the first step; aligning your frequency to attract specific opportunities, experiences, or outcomes. This is the first step towards seeing real change, as our environment reacts to us and shifts accordingly.

A gentle reminder for my givers and helpers today.

You don't know what safe love is until you experience it for yourself. Even if you know how to give it and you are a safe place for others, knowing how to give safe love AND receive it is a whole new ball game. It's something I am still learning myself.

Safe love wants to see you. It wants to hear your story to understand, not for ammunition.

Safe love welcomes your shadow. Your flaws, your insecurities, your triggers. Safe love wants to help you build something new with the pieces, not 'fix'.

Safe love sees you in your most embarrassing moments, in your most vulnerable places, and chooses to hold you anyway. Safe love makes you feel valued.

Safe love has patience and self control. It's soft, something warm to settle into after a day in this crazy world.

Safe love is not sharp, painful, short. Safe love is not questioning your worth, crying in the shower, feeling a tightness in your chest every time someone asks "How are things?"

Safe love is not proving you are worthy of safe love.

It just is, and always will be. Safe love is sacred, it is divine. When you are with someone that loves all the parts of you and respects the divine parts even more, your whole world will shake and you will question every single thing you ever allowed in the past. Because you deserve to feel like your soul is melting into security, that your body is a temple to be respected and cared for, and that your mind is engaged and stimulated. You deserve to be enriched by love, not made smaller.

You deserve a safe love too. And I promise,

It's out there. Just on the other side of choosing you. ❣️
