What are some options for the Wishing Jar and how do they work? 🧐

With the Wishing Portal options are truly endless, so I understand feeling a little overwhelm when trying to choose. If you can think of an intention- I have smoke, a candle, or a jar to help get the request through!

Our body does need basic necessities to function and run properly. It's easy to forget sometimes in this crazy, fast paced world we are in- but I do want to remind everyone that energy work and inner work is not going to fix lack of sleep/rest, unbalanced or improper nutrition, lack of community and support, and dehydration. These are physical issues that need physical support.

If you are having mood swings and irritability, headaches or stomach problems, anxiety or paranoia, minor cramps and muscle spasms- it doesn't always mean an energetic block is the culprit. Especially if you haven't been sleeping well or getting a decent amount of water!

This is just a gentle reminder to take care of your body, and listen to its needs too. You can't run on good vibes alone, trust me! ✨

A gentle reminder to give yourself grace today.

As humans we are all capable of harm- whether intentional or unintentional. We are here to make mistakes, to mess it up, to fail, to make the wrong choice every now and then. Because that's how we learn and grow. There are some things that mountain tops simply cannot teach us, so we must find our way to the low valley.

Happy 1st day of Spring ya'll! I've done some Spring Organizing to the services, so check out the new layout for Soul Shift Offerings! These appointments are more needs focused rather than service type so it's a little less overwhelming, and we can make sure you are getting the type of work you need done most! I had a client over the other day that I hadn't seen for a minute, and he said something that has stuck with me and I've been thinking on.

"You are literally glowing. Your inner light is so much brighter. Even your skin looks clearer. I can just tell you are happy and shining again."

Usually the first thing my more sensitive clients comment on is my light, or the positive energy that I bring. So for a long time client that has been with me since the start to comment saying it's even brighter and more radiant than before hit me differently.

I am at a time in my life now where I am living things I had been asking for years ago. At the start of 2020 I wrote a 5 year petition, and at the end of 2025 everything had come to fruition. Did it come with sacrifice? Of course. I fought and survived to get here. But everything I have now and the life I am living is absolutely worth it. I would do it all again if I knew where it was leading me.

They are ready- and they also smell like Spring which was completely unplanned- but a super nice bonus to help look forward to the warmer weather we have coming in soon 🥰
