We offer a variety of services and personalize each treatment for you and your needs. Franklin County Rehab Center has been rated a five star nursing facility from Medicare. We are also the proud recipients of the 2010, 2011 & 2013 Nursing Home Quality Award given by the State of Vermont. The Nursing Home Quality Award recognizes outstanding nursing homes which have met high standards of quality of care for Vermont’s nursing home residents. Franklin County Rehab Center has 64 licensed beds and is locally owned and operated, with a high staff-to-resident ratio. We are proud to be a six time winner of the State of Vermont's Gold Star Employer Award. We believe that fun & activities are an essential part of the healing process. We offer a variety of activities for our residents, including gardening, baking, bowling, beach ball, arts and crafts, acting, singing, and much more. Dolphins are known to have healing powers for a variety of ailments. We hope touching the dolphin sculpture that you'll find in the lobby of our facility brings you relaxation, healing and comfort, which is what we strive to provide with our care here at Franklin County Rehab.
