Quick reality check:
You don’t need to be in serious pain to benefit from getting adjusted.
Many of the people I see aren’t dealing with anything dramatic — it’s more like:
• “My back just feels off”
• “I’m more stiff than I should be”
• “I can’t turn my head as easily”
• “Something isn’t quite right since I started being more active again”
That in-between stage is actually the best time to come in.
Because it’s a lot easier to fix a small issue now than to wait until it turns into something that stops you from doing the things you enjoy.
With the weather improving, people are moving more, doing more, and asking more from their bodies — which is great… as long as your body is keeping up.
If it’s not, that’s where I come in.

Also — be honest: have you already overdone it at least once since the weather started turning? 😅
