Cathy obtained her baccalaureate degree from the University of St Thomas in 1995. Her pursuit of medicine started in 1998 when she graduated from the School of Midwifery. She served as a missionary overseas in Asia, Central and South America, assisting women in childbirth and seeing to the needs of malnourished children. She then went on for further training, graduating from the University Of Washington School Of Medicine in 2004 as a Physician Assistant, and is currently completing her phD. She has experience in emergency medicine and immunology. She also has worked in functional and integrative medicine for over 8 years treating children and families with complex chronic illness, including cancer to wellness and optimizing athletes. Her pursuit in treating the person holistically; spirit mind and body led her to start her own practice transforming limiting beliefs and trauma into blessings and inspiration to truly live life and has seen miraculous outcomes with this approach.

Eliminate the immune system suppressors
The first step to proper immune function is to largely eliminate the worst offenders in its suppression, namely:
