I used to stress about being “too much.”
Too emotional.

I’ve accepted that growth is messy.

Mindset.

• Help someone heal their relationship with their body?

In a world that only respects one body type in fitness…

I show up anyway.
Loud. Educated. Certified. Strong.
And still plus-size.

Because fitness isn’t a look.
It’s leadership. It’s knowledge. It’s impact.
