Meet Mr. Bingley — my distance Reiki bear and trusted stand-in during remote sessions. When I work with clients from afar, I use him as a physical focus to help channel and transfer healing energy with intention and care. Tonight’s session was guided by a beautiful spread from my oracle and affirmation decks, chosen specifically for my client.

I’m deeply grateful to my client Kristie Mangold for trusting me with her healing journey from a distance. Distance Reiki sessions are a powerful reminder that energy knows no boundaries.

This morning, the sun asked me to pull over.
Not gently. Insistently.

I stood on the side of the road and watched Light rise through the trees like a living portal — slow, deliberate, undeniable. In that moment, joy washed through me. Not the loud kind… the ancient kind. The kind your body remembers before your mind catches up.
