I haven’t always loved 🔥 energy…
Change hasn’t exactly been my comfort zone.
But I’m learning there’s a kind of fire that doesn’t destroy — it refines.

The fire that burns away what isn’t true so something honest can rise. Even when it’s uncomfortable… because we cling to old versions of ourselves when they once felt safe.

This past year I went inward.
Got quieter.
Stopped performing.
Built privately.
Chose depth over visibility.

If I’ve felt more selective, that’s been intentional.
I’m still shedding what I’ve outgrown — learning to release old dynamics, control patterns, the need for approval, and the habit of shrinking just to keep the peace.

I’m not building anything that isn’t aligned.
And I’m not shrinking to make something fit.

Something feels different now. Not finished — but clearer, more honest.
The start of a new chapter and finding the courage to claim what I actually want.

I don’t know every detail of what’s next.
But I know what I stand for:

Truth over performance.
Depth over surface.
Honesty and action in relationships.

Fire Horse energy feels like the version of me stepping forward — trusting my momentum and not looking backward for permission.

Meet Mr. Bingley — my distance Reiki bear and trusted stand-in during remote sessions. When I work with clients from afar, I use him as a physical focus to help channel and transfer healing energy with intention and care. Tonight’s session was guided by a beautiful spread from my oracle and affirmation decks, chosen specifically for my client.

I’m deeply grateful to my client Kristie Mangold for trusting me with her healing journey from a distance. Distance Reiki sessions are a powerful reminder that energy knows no boundaries.
