Weekly Menu 5/7
Happy Saturday everyone, hope you’re having a great weekend!!
Next week will be my last menu for a little while. So, I figured let’s go out on a bang! I’m taking requests. Let me know what have been your favorite dishes and the ones that I get the most requests for will make it on the last menu. I really look forward to hearing from you!!!
Let’s get to it
-Teriyaki Chicken Bowl: Sauté of chicken, pineapple and broccoli in our house teriyaki sauce and served on a bed of wild rice.
-Pulled Pork Datil or Regular Enchiladas: Pulled pork, bacon caramalized onions and pepper jack cheese rolled in flour tortillas and topped with your choice of sauce. Served on yellow rice.
-Blackened Pork Medallions. Marinated pork served with blue cheese risotto and a veg.
-Fried Chicken Thighs: Southern fried chicken topped with sausage gravy and served with bacon cheddar grits and a veg. (As your attorney I’d advise adding some hot sauce of your choosing to this)
-Shrimp Scampi: Sauté of shrimp, broccoli, garlic, white wine & butter served with pearl cous cous and a veg.

-Roasted Cauliflower
-Cider Braised Cabbage
-Steamed Broccoli

-delivery with $35 minimum
-orders in by midnight Monday if possible and order fulfilled Tues-Thursday
