Hey everybody! long time no talk, how y’all had a great summer!!!
Our trip was an absolute blast. So many amazing places and stories. But, it is good to be back in Florida.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to open the business back up. My hotel has made me a good offer and I can’t pass it up. However it’s not enough to cover a family of four in this day and age so I’m offering up my services for catering, parties or small dinner get togethers. Chef cooked in front of your guests. I’m sure I’ll fine tune this over time but I’m here if y’all need me.
Also, believe it or not your boy is pretty handy. If you need any yard work, small repairs or anything else around the house let me know. I’m available a day or two a week.

I’m not happy I can’t open up the business again. One thing I really loved about it was being able to talk to and see all of you on a weekly basis. You are some good people.
Anyway, I’m here if you need anything. Hope to see you soon!!!

Weekly Menu 5/14

Happy Saturday evening everyone! How’s the weekend goin so far?

So the time has finally come, this is our last menu for a few months. I asked for your favorites and this is what made the list. If you’ll notice there isn’t a dish with a vegetable. I knew I liked you guys. Let’s have some good ol’ fashion comfort food this week. Enjoy everybody! I’m sure gonna miss ya!!!!

-Stuffed Peppers: House roasted peppers stuffed with picadillo beef and topped with melted cheese. Served on a bed of yellow rice.
-Chicken or Shrimp Curry: Choice of meat with carrots and spinach in a red curry sauce. (It’s not to spicy) Served with white rice.
-Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan: don’t think I need to say anymore other than it’s served with angel hair.
-Cottage Pie: one of my personal favorites. Ground beef & sausage with peas & carrots in a rich brown gravy topped with mash potatoes.
-Gumbo: Choice of chicken or shrimp with peppers, celery & onions-cajun trinity. Served with seasoned rice.

Weekly Menu 5/7

Happy Saturday everyone, hope you’re having a great weekend!!

Next week will be my last menu for a little while. So, I figured let’s go out on a bang! I’m taking requests. Let me know what have been your favorite dishes and the ones that I get the most requests for will make it on the last menu. I really look forward to hearing from you!!!

Let’s get to it

-Teriyaki Chicken Bowl: Sauté of chicken, pineapple and broccoli in our house teriyaki sauce and served on a bed of wild rice.
-Pulled Pork Datil or Regular Enchiladas: Pulled pork, bacon caramalized onions and pepper jack cheese rolled in flour tortillas and topped with your choice of sauce. Served on yellow rice.
-Blackened Pork Medallions. Marinated pork served with blue cheese risotto and a veg.
-Fried Chicken Thighs: Southern fried chicken topped with sausage gravy and served with bacon cheddar grits and a veg. (As your attorney I’d advise adding some hot sauce of your choosing to this)
-Shrimp Scampi: Sauté of shrimp, broccoli, garlic, white wine & butter served with pearl cous cous and a veg.

Veg:
-Roasted Cauliflower
-Cider Braised Cabbage
-Steamed Broccoli
