When one of your client's Mom brings in gently used toys to donate - you do a happy dance - or I should say the kiddos do a happy dance! 🕺🏽💃. We are so grateful to get gently used items for the kiddos in the clinic. Thanks to this Mom for thinking about Ride The Wave when doing a closet clean out! 🙏

Mental Health Awareness Month is coming to an end. I see first hand the stress and pressure parents of our kiddos experience. I feel helpless at times and would like to offer resources for support to parents and siblings struggling with exhaustion, confusion, challenges of parenting an autistic child, and helping with sibling challenges. These are just a couple of helpful links if you are in need of help and support.

You are not alone! Please reach out to your General Practitioner if your are feeling physical or mental exhaustion for further guidance on getting checked out to ensure your health is a top priority. You can't care for those kiddos if you aren't well yourself!
