It’s been a minute since I’ve taken a 26&2 class, but man it felt good to be back in the room. The heat, the breath, the stillness… there’s nothing quite like it.

This is the style that started my yoga journey, and no matter how much time passes, I always find my way back. My practice shifts and changes, but this one always calls me back 🫶🏼🔥
