Breathe & Be is a gentle, teens-only breathwork & grounding circle designed to help teens release stress, feel safe in their bodies, and reset — without pressure, performance, or “fixing.”

🌿 Gentle, heart-centered breathing
🌿 Age-appropriate movement & integration
🌿 Non-clinical & choice-based

To support comfort and emotional safety, sessions are offered as separate Teen Girls & Teen Boys circles.

🕒 Every other Thursday | 5–6 PM
👧👦 Ages 11–17
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents wait in reception
