Get ready for a fun workshop! Join on July 27th at 11am for a PYRO + PLUNGE workshop!
This is a special workshop that begins with a private Pyro Pilates class. Pyro Pilates is a Pilates based, low impact training system that combines deep core strengthening, along with cardiovascular, challenging high intensity, interval training for an intense, fun workout, then increases strength, stamina, and flexibility.
