WE HAVE MOVED TO OUR NEW LOCATION!

We will start seeing patients at our new location today! Our new office is located at The Shoppes of Tocoi Creek which is located to the right of the King & Bear neighborhood and behind KinderCare. Our new address is 150 Registry Boulevard, Suite 103, St. Augustine, FL 32092. We will resume normal office hours at our new location today.

WE ARE MOVING TO OUR NEW LOCATION TODAY!

As of April 25th, Murphy Chiropractic Health Center will be relocating to 150 Registry Blvd, Suite 103, St. Augustine. The office will be located in the Shoppes of Tocoi Creek. This is located only 2.8 miles away from our current location. We plan on seeing patients in our new office starting on May 1, 2025.

We will be closed the following dates for the move:

Friday, April 25 - CLOSED

Monday, April 28- CLOSED
Tuesday, April 29 - CLOSED
Wednesday, April 30 - CLOSED

We will resume normal office hours at our new location starting on Thursday, May 1st.
