Yoga Den St. Augustine Yoga Den was founded in 2002, opening its first studio in the beautiful suburb of Mandarin in Jacksonville, Florida.

Offering all-levels classes (MindBody) as well as high energy-athletic classes (Sun Power), Yoga Den created eclectic blends of the styles and lineages that the founder had the privilege to learn from her teachers. With a post-traditional philosophy of ‘let the shape conform to you, not the other way around’, Yoga Den has always fostered a no-judgment attitude, and encourages students to listen to their bodies.

As the light shifts and the season turns, we invite you to pause, soften, and gather with us for a heart-centered Winter Solstice celebration. ✨

Join Raina on Sunday, December 21st at 2 PM as we reflect, release, and welcome the returning light.

Together, we’ll craft Yule wands with intention, set heartfelt blessings for the season, and create space for renewal in community.

Starting today- Wednesday, December 3rd, join Arianne Marks for a deeply restorative Yin + Yoga Nidra experience from 12:30–1:45 PM.

This 75-minute class blends slow, grounding floor postures with breathwork to release stress, soften tension, and create space in both body and mind.

You’ll then be guided into Yoga Nidra — a powerful “yogic sleep” meditation that moves your awareness inward, calms the nervous system, and shifts you into profound stillness and rest.
