Last year, I knew something in my body wasn’t right.Getting shingles was a wake up call and shortly after, I finally got answers.
Like so many people, I could have ignored it, pushed through, or hoped it would fix itself. But that’s usually when things start to spiral.
The truth is, a lot of people are walking around with thyroid issues, autoimmune symptoms, low energy, hormone imbalances and don’t even realize how much better they could feel.
What made the difference for me wasn’t doing anything extreme.It was being proactive.
• paying attention to my body
• fueling it properly
• fixing deficiencies
• gut health
• staying consistent with the basics
• and supporting it the right way
I didn’t cut out everything I love. I didn’t try to be perfect.I just focused on what actually works consistently.
And I’m still working on it. Healing isn’t all or nothing
