April 23: Practice mindfulness outdoors for 5 minutes
Step outside, press pause, and just listen.
Leaves rustling, birds in conversation, the rhythm of the wind—nature gently brings you back to now.
No distractions. No expectations. Just awareness 🌿
And notice… this is yoga, too.
Not the poses, but the practice of listening.
The same way you tune into your breath on the mat, you can tune into your body here—feeling where you’re holding tension, where you can soften, where you can simply be.
Less thinking. More sensing.
Less doing. More being.
