After more than 30 years as a model and actor, I have learned, by default, the importance of staying healthy. I say default because the demands of my career kept me from straying off the path too much and the rigors of international travel helped me understand the necessity of balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health. I also had the good fortune of learning about what other cultures have done to stay healthy and how many of them embrace a more holistic approach. When I discovered the power of essential oils, it was a natural fit for me. Becoming a parent really opened my eyes to the importance of my own health, and that of my family. I really feel a strong obligation to my daughter to be accountable for her health, and to help her learn how to live a healthy, long life. I have used oils on her for the past three years and at the ripe old age of eight, she's a lavender lover who can't sleep without her diffuser on! I have plans to see my daughter grow up, get married and have children of her own (who, I know, will also become oil lovers) - I want to be here for that! For me, essential oils really help me maintain a healthy lifestyle in so many ways. Now that I've learned so much about them, I really want to share them with everyone, and that's what this page is all about.
