The very first Synergy Sound Bath was pure magic ✨
The room felt soft, sacred, and deeply held… and the way everyone dropped into rest together was something we’re still feeling days later. Our hearts were so full that we knew we had to offer this experience again.

On this special evening, you’ll be cocooned in layers of sound while Himalayan bowls are played gently on and around the body — inviting the nervous system to soften, release, and remember ease. Together, we weave crystal bowls, gong and chimes to create a field of resonance you can feel in every cell.

Together, we’re offering a 3-hour introduction to sound healing. You’ll explore foundational playing techniques, experience hands-on practice with instruments, and learn simple ways to weave sound into your personal rituals or future offerings.

Last night’s Clothing Swap wrapped up with something extra meaningful — we gathered over 20 bags of remaining items and donated them to Port in the Storm a local program supporting youth experiencing homelessness here in St. Augustine.

A special thank you to Norah .pines.apothecary , who attended the swap and shared this organization with us. We’re grateful for the connection and the opportunity to support local teens and young adults in need.

provides a safe space, meals, mentorship, job readiness support, and transitional housing for youth who need community the most.
