We’re proud to sponsor Pints for Parkinson’s, hosted by ReBloom Center, and we’d love to see the community show up in a big way.

This FREE event is all about coming together for a fun evening of beer, food, music, and raffles while supporting the local Parkinson’s community here in St. Augustine.

April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month, so let’s pack Dog Rose Brewing Company and raise awareness while giving back. Dog Rose is donating a portion of the night’s proceeds to ReBloom, making every pint part of something bigger.

From Adaptive champion to breaking new ground.

Our very own KayKay Bures has already earned the title of “Fittest Deaf Athlete in the World” — twice at the Adaptive CrossFit Games. Now, she’s made history as the first deaf athlete to qualify for a non-adaptive CrossFit semifinal.

No modifications. No separate division. Just grit, talent, and relentless work ethic.

This moment is bigger than competition. It’s about representation, possibility, and redefining limits for what deaf athletes can achieve.

We love partnering with organizations in our community to bring important (and sometimes overlooked!) health topics into the spotlight.

A big thank you to ReBloom for inviting our very own Lauren Brodsky, PT, DPT, pelvic floor specialist at STARS Rehab, to share insights on urinary and bowel dysfunction.

Lauren discussed pelvic floor anatomy, common bladder challenges (including those associated with Parkinson’s), and practical strategies like urge suppression techniques (“quick flicks”) and optimal toileting positioning (“squatty potty” mechanics) to help improve bladder and bowel control.

These conversations may not always be glamorous — but they are life-changing. Education empowers people to regain confidence, function, and quality of life.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support this community and normalize conversations around pelvic health.

If you or a loved one are experiencing bladder or bowel concerns, our team is here to help.
