🔔 Important Update: Office Closure Due to Hurricane Milton 🔔

Due to Hurricane Milton and the mandatory evacuations in St. Johns County, the office will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. Our priority is keeping our patients and team members safe during this time. We will re-open at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, 10/11/24, pending the “all-clear” from UF Health St. Johns Incident Command.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed of any updates. If you have an upcoming appointment, please stay tuned for rescheduling information.
