Open Positions & Shifts
We are currently hiring for the following full-time roles:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Full-Time)

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-Time)

Weekend Warriors: Dedicated weekend schedules available!

What We Are Looking For
CNA Preferred, but NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidates who have a heart for service.

Reliable, team-oriented individuals.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

We want to share a very special "Thank You" to five incredible young people: Emma, Autumn, Kennedy, Alayna, and Dawson.

These students chose Saint Benedict Manor for their Confirmation service project this Christmas season, and we couldn’t be more moved by their decision. Our residents truly gleamed in the light of their generosity!

It was deeply touching to witness their kindness firsthand. Their thoughtfulness brought so much warmth to our home, reminding us all of the power of a servant’s heart. We are so grateful they chose to spend their time and energy with us.

The past week at Saint Benedict Manor has been nothing short of magical. Our halls have been filled with laughter, music, and the wonderful presence of so many special guests and visitors. ❤️

One of our absolute favorite traditions is welcoming the local school choirs. There is something so incredibly moving about hearing those young voices lift our spirits with holiday classics. To see the smiles on our residents' faces—and yes, quite a few tears of joy—reminds us all of the true meaning of the season.

To everyone who took the time to visit, and especially to those who make it a point to think of us every single year: Thank you. Your kindness creates memories that our residents look forward to all year long. 🎄✨

A Little Holiday Kindness Goes a Long Way! 🎄

Our residents received an extra-special surprise today! The beautifully handmade Christmas cards from the children at Hope's Villa Daycare were delivered this afternoon.

It was a deeply heartwarming moment, as the cards were passed out by “the children of Saint Benedict Manor” 😉—one of whom attends the daycare! Watching the residents enjoy the children's bright smiles and generous art truly filled our hearts. Thank you, Hope's Villa, for nurturing such kind and creative spirits! ❤️

Happy Thanksgiving from the entire family at Saint Benedict Manor! 🧡

Today, our hearts are overflowing with thankfulness as we reflect on the blessings we share. Saint Benedict Manor is truly a home, built on a foundation of kindness and community.

We extend our profound thanks to our wonderful residents for the joy they bring to our days, and to our devoted staff whose compassionate care is invaluable. Thank you also to the families and friends who are a part of our home.

We are absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude after our ribbon-cutting ceremony at Saint Benedict Manor yesterday! What an incredible turnout accompanied by an outpour of admiration.

This day was made possible by so many amazing people:
⁃ Family and friends. You are the anchor. Thank you for showing up, for believing in us, and for carrying us when we needed it the most. Seeing you all there was the greatest reward.
⁃ Thank you to the staff who gave up their day to be part of this celebration, and thank you to the staff who worked with all the extra business of today’s events surrounding them. Your dedication to our residents and your willingness to help make this day perfect did not go unnoticed.
⁃ Huge shoutout to Parlor Donuts and Strait Home Cook'n food trucks for serving up delicious treats! Both had great success and sold out! Please continue to support these fantastic businesses.
⁃ To every neighbor, resident/family, community member, and our local EMS who piled in—thank you for your support and for trusting us to serve this community.
⁃ We also would like to thank the local businesses, family, and friends that made basket donations for a wonderful basket raffle. 365 Hospice was beyond generous to have donated a grand prize- 65” flat screen Roku tv. Thank you!
⁃ Finally, thank you to the officials and teams working behind the scenes for months, helping to guide this entire process.

We are so thrilled to start this new chapter with all of you, to plant some new roots, and grow together!
