Each participant will receive a personal mini-session of both Reiki and sound healing, as Tom and I move around the space offering our work one-on-one, while the group holds space in quiet reflection and stillness.
The experience is both collective and personal — a co-regulated field of calm, where nervous systems unwind, hearts soften, and subtle energy rebalances.
