✨ One of the biggest gifts of my work? What my patients teach me. ✨
I genuinely love my job, and I feel incredibly lucky for the patients I get to see every day. Yes, my business exists because people choose to trust me with their care — but my gratitude goes so much deeper than that.
Over the years, I’ve learned so much from the people who walk into my treatment room. I may be teaching them about the body, posture, mechanics, and healing… but what I gain in return is powerful: witnessing their strength, grace, and humility through not only physical pain, but some of life’s most challenging seasons.
I’m also deeply motivated by chronic and complex cases. Not in a negative way — but because so many people have been living with symptoms for years without real answers. If you’re willing to hang in there with me, I’m willing to research, problem-solve, and try whatever we need to help your body move toward relief.
One skill I’ve developed over time is giving my full attention to the person in front of me. It’s mindfulness, and it can be learned. When I leave work, the 500 thoughts about home and kids flood in — but in the treatment room, I’m grounded, focused, and fully present. And my nervous system stays calm because of it. 🤍
