We spend so much time trying to think our way through stress…
But our nervous system doesn’t work like that.
Sometimes what we actually need is to slow down.
To notice.
To reconnect with what’s happening in our body.
Because when we stay stuck in our heads,
we miss the signals our body has been trying to process all along.
There’s a reason being around animals can feel so grounding.
They naturally bring us back into the present moment.
We’ve been working on something behind the scenes that brings more of this into the therapy space…
