Jean Hendrix, LCPC Empowered Perspective Counseling My name is Jean Hendrix. I am a clinical therapist, wife and a mother. I do individual, couples, and family therapy.

I have twenty-five years of providing therapy. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions. I am currently in private practice utilizing a client centered approach. I greatly enjoy incorporating bibliotherapy into my clinical practice. In this blog, I will share book reviews of my favorite books, including books for children, adolescents and books that can improve your relationships by teaching how to communicate and manage conflict more effectively.
