My Recess Therapy

My Recess Therapy "Supporting Kids and Families on a Foundation of FUN". We also provide Parent Consultations and Empowerment sessions and Parent Education Courses as well.

My Recess Therapy is a sensory based clinic offering Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Yoga and Sensory Based Social Classes for kids! At My Recess Therapy we believe in empowering families through education, mindfully designed therapy sessions, and specialized therapists. Each session is mindfully designed by a therapist specializing in unique areas of their field

to support your child and family. For every family who calls, we work to connect you with a therapist that will be an amazing fit for your family. 🐣🌷 Sensory-Friendly Easter at Windy Acres Farm! 🌷🐣

Rising Lights Project is excited to partner with Windy Acres Farm to offer a special sensory-friendly time slot during their Easter Festival!

Families affected by disability are invited to enjoy the magic of the farm in a more supportive, lower-stress environment. During this dedicated time, participants can experience the Easter festivities — including the egg hunt and farm attractions — in a setting designed with sensory needs in mind.

Thank you to Fox Valley Special Recreation Association for providing Soothe Space for all participants!
